This notice explains what information Bati Kaya collects when you use batikaya.com, and how it's used. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and keep it honest with you.

2. Who we share data with
- Netlify — hosts the site and stores waitlist form submissions.
- Tawk.to — powers the live chat widget and stores chat transcripts.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Cookies
The site uses minimal local storage to remember your language preference (English/Spanish) and favorited spots. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or chat history at any time by emailing hello@batikaya.com.
