Bati Kaya ("we," "us," "our") operates batikaya.com, a free local guide to nightlife, restaurants, beaches, activities and culture in Curaçao. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Bati Kaya's directory, map, events listings and editorial content are free to browse and always will be. We do not sell subscriptions, tickets or paid listings, and no part of the site is behind a paywall.
2. Accuracy of listings
Venue names, hours, prices, and happy-hour times are compiled from public sources and venue-provided information and can change without notice. Always confirm details directly with a venue before relying on them. Bati Kaya is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate listing information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or republish Bati Kaya's directory data at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the waitlist/business-signup forms to submit false information.
4. Business listings
Businesses that register for a featured placement are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
