Refund Policy

Bati Kaya is free to use. The directory, map, guides and event listings cost nothing, and we don't currently sell subscriptions, tickets or paid listings — so there is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.
1. We don't take payments
No part of the site is behind a paywall, and we don't collect card details. If you ever see a charge described as coming from Bati Kaya, it didn't come from us — contact your bank or card provider, and let us know at hello@batikaya.com so we can look into it.
2. If that changes
If we introduce anything paid in future — a supporter plan, a promoted listing — we'll publish the terms and a proper refund policy here before taking a single payment, and nothing will apply retroactively.
